An ancient grape that belongs to the Umbrian tradition. A fresh and young wine chracterized by deep and lasting fruity flavours and mineral flavours. It’s the result of a scrupulous selection in the vineyard and the strong personality of our land.

Colour: Straw yellow with gold sparkle

Nose: Clean and pleasing aromas of apple and peach followed by aromas of hawthorn, pear and anise

Palate: Good correnspondence to the nose, fresh mineral and well balanced, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, pear and plum

Food Pairing

Food Pairing: Good with “summer” but also “winter” pairing thanks to its persistent body and its alcool content. I suggest it paired with white legumes, with dried broad beans, with our typical beans of the Trasimeno Lake we get also a pleasant chromatic effect. First courses with white meat or vegetables, blue cheese, soft and cream cheese served with peach jam or pear compotes. Perfect with white meat like rabbit or chicken meat with green olives.
