What You'll Do
Together with us you will learn the cultural
and historical significance of the "Gnocchi" pasta type.
Together with us you will make hand made "Gnocchi",
an Italian pasta type that is made with egg and potatoes
Together with us you will make the traditional pasta sauce named " Salsa Sorrentina", learn the recipe and understand the cultural heritage of the sauce.
Together we will discuss other "Gnocchi" pasta sauce recipes,
we will share the ingredients and technique with you,
so that you can be able to make the pasta sauces alone
and surprise your loved ones with your newly acquired cooking skills.
Hello my name is Alex, I work as a tour director in Italy.
I am also a gourmand or a foodie, name it what you wish!
Before starting my career as a guide I've worked in a family owned Italian restaurant.
During the years I worked in the restaurant I was lucky.
The Chef helped me learn how to bring back to life old Umbrian recipes and
give them a modern touch that reinvents the Umbrian cuisine for modern times.
Food is a big part of my life and one of my main passions ,my desire is to bring people together through food by sharing the recipes I've learned during my young adulthood.
I will teach you easy ways to make fresh pasta, different delicious traditional sauces and how to prepare exquisite deserts to impress your loved ones.
Rules of the Experience
*Please don't multiply the ingredients, it can get confusing for you and the other participants following different instructions and you may miss part of the experience.
*After the experience you can practice and share your new acquired cooking skills to cook for your loved ones. You can partecipate to the experience and enjoy it only if you have a webcam and a microphone.
Where Will We Be
This experience is hosted online, we will use Zoom to communicate. Once you book, you’ll receive an email with a link and details on how to join. We will be in our house in Umbria and you can attend the cooking class from your home, in your kitchen, with all your comforts and commodities .

- Cherry Tomatoes ( 300 Grams )
- Olive Oil or Sunflower Seed Oil
